This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. The role will be responsible for fulfillment of following R&R.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Receivables ageing analysis, releasing and achieving monthly collections goals. Meeting BFSI customers for timely collections.
- Ensuring invoice level discussion in weekly meeting with Sales team for timely recovery.
- Ensuring collaborative working with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT teams etc. for member's invoice dispute. Work towards fixing of issues at root level.
- Ensuring daily updation and review of collections dashboard. AR reports, analytics and collection updates are provided to Sales on regular frequency.
- Monitoring receipt accounting in time. Managing all current AR trackers & and develop new trackers to execute AR strategies. Provide actionable insights through various analytical reports at vertical and KAM level on plan, forecast, collections, historical trend, performance, deficit, disputes etc.
- Gathering collections issues, RCA, fixing at root level, maintaining tracker, and ensuring closures in quick time.
- Ensuring process improvements and automations/customizations are done time to time to ensure robust processes framework in place.
- Analyzing monthly bad & doubtful debt provisions as per policy.
- Timely and accurate Customer Confirmations and recon reviews for Stat / US and Other audit requirements.
- Develop new AR insightful dashboards and key analytics on Tableau and maintain smooth functioning during collections meetings.
- Ensuring compliance of all finance and legal requirements in own area.
- Ensuring SOPs are reviewed yearly and enhancement related to checks and controls, new processes etc. are updated annually.
- Responsible for existence of proper internal controls and ensuring timely statutory & internal audits in own area.
- Complying with ISO27001 standard with respect to own area.
- Other responsibilities or priorities that may be given by the CFO & AR Head from time to time.
- Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through timely responses / problem solving skills.

- Graduate in any field / CA / Inter-CA
- Above 7 years relevant experience with a medium sized professionally managed company
- Extremely strong in mental math’s and analysis of data.
- Willingness to learn quickly and improve.
- Hugely effective articulating and influencing skills.
- Sharp eye for catching any errors.
- Lots of energy and passion for work execution and doing things in a better way.
- Strongly collaborative nature; but ensure getting things done in time
- Willingness to learn and grow within Finance team, by observing other areas
- Good communication skills, including writing business mails
- Working knowledge of MS Office, ie; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook & PeopleSoft.
- Innovative in bringing new automations with the respective areas & analytical skills.
