**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team as a Content Writer & Office Administrator. This role entails creating engaging written content for various platforms while also providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality written content for a variety of purposes, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, marketing materials, and more.
- Research and gather information to develop compelling and accurate content.
- Tailor content to specific audiences and platforms, maintaining brand voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
- **Office Administration**:

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating recruitment activities.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and databases to track various office activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Organize and archive files, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management or client meetings.
- **General Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to team members and executives as required.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects to assist in the smooth functioning of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with document management systems and filing procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems.
