**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an international BPO, particularly in outbound projects
- Should experience in UK or US process
- Should experience in IT solutions
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Proficiency in handling CRM software and remain other relevant tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and make them customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions
- Accurate update and maintain customer information in the database
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)
- UK or US process: 1 year (required)
- IT solution: 1 year (required)
