**job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Associates/Senior Associates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling calls with international customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions and support.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls with international (Australian) customers.
- Communicate clearly to understand customer requirements.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure satisfaction.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
*Education: Minimum 12th / PUC

*Language:Excellent English communication skills required
**Compensation & Benefits**:
** Salary**:₹2.9 LPA - ₹4.0 LPA (plus incentives and goodies)
