As the Social Media Marketing/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our social media marketing initiatives. Your duties will include:

- Ensuring marketing initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Managing project timelines to ensure tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
- Allocating resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, effectively balancing the needs of different projects and teams.
- Overseeing cross-functional collaboration among content creators, designers, analysts, and developers to ensure cohesive execution.
- Acting as the central point of communication for all social media marketing projects, facilitating clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or challenges and developing strategies to overcome them.
- Monitoring the performance of social media marketing initiatives and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 4 years of Experience.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and project management.
- Cost Management and Revenue Analysis
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
