Laser Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, etc.)

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders

Set up laser machines, including selecting proper materials, nozzles, and programs

Optimize cutting parameters to achieve the best quality and production efficiency

Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser machines

Maintain accurate production records and ensure adherence to quality standards

Identify and report any machine or material issues to the supervisor

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
**Skills Required**:
Hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting operations

Knowledge of sheet metal materials and thickness parameters

Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SigmaNEST, or Lantek)

Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and software issues

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience in sheet metal fabrication or industrial product manufacturing

Familiarity with fiber laser or CO₂ laser machines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
