We have requirement for the post of **‘Service Desk coordinator’**
**Job Title: ‘Service Desk coordinator’**
**Location
- Baner (Work from Office)**
**Experience
- 2 to 5 year**
**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
- Adhere to ITIL based Service Management processes such as change, incident, Service Request and configuration management.
- Installing OS and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage Remote tools and connectivity.
- Experience in installing / re-installing software and programs.
- Performance monitoring of infra devices like CPU, disk space, memory, I/O, Network utilization, etc.
- Windows event logs and analyse.
- Maintain database of customer’s queries, closer update, site engineer (Call)
- Prioritize the calls, and accordingly assign work to the engineers.
- Assigning field engineers to the sites and making sure that the work is completed.
- Coordinating between customer, Engineer and vendor.
- Maintain attendance sheet of engineer and responsible for backup engineer.
- Maintain sheet of material which comes for repair ( IN & OUT)
- Send quotation of repair to the existing customer.
- Weekly report like call review, engineer productivity, Repair analysis and call
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
