**We are seeking a passionate and driven PRO/Business Development Executive**

**About the Role**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding the patient base and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new patients, fostering long-term relationships with referral partners, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase awareness and patient referrals for the hospital's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, obstetricians, and gynaecologists, as well as other healthcare professionals who can refer patients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and build brand awareness.
- Organize personalised consultations and educational events for potential patients.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our treatments and services.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Analyse data and reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
