**AR Telecaller (US Healthcare Process)**

**Location**: Mulund
**Shift**: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
**Work Days**: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun Off)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **AR follow-ups** and resolve **insurance denials**.
- Manage **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)** processes efficiently.
- Ensure timely updates and clear communication with insurance representatives.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months-1 year of experience in **US Healthcare/RCM**.
- Strong **communication and analytical skills**.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AR caller: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
