Manage end-to-end **sourcing and procurement activities** through the **GeM portal**, including product listing, bidding, reverse auctions, and order processing.
- Identify and analyze relevant **defence procurement opportunities** on GeM and other government tender platforms.
- Prepare and submit **technical and financial bids** as per GeM/Defence tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, finance, logistics) to ensure timely and compliant bid submission.
- Liaise with **defence departments, PSUs, and government buyers** for tender clarifications, order follow-up, and contract execution.
- Maintain updated records of **GeM transactions**, order status, payment follow-ups, and vendor/buyer communications.
- Ensure compliance with **Defence Procurement Policy (DPP)**, **GFR**, and other relevant government procurement guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities for strategic sourcing.
- Support vendor registration, product catalog management, and documentation on GeM.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in **government or defence sourcing**, with at least **2 years of hands-on experience on the GeM portal**.
- Strong knowledge of **GeM bidding procedures**, **reverse auctions**, and **order management**.
- Familiarity with **defence procurement processes**, tender documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, **Word**, and **online tender management systems**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
