**Major Responsibilities**

1. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation as required.

3. Organize and maintain departmental files and records, both electronic and paper

4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

5. Order office supplies and maintain inventory of supplies including Housekeeping and office stationery items,

6. Assist with special projects and events as required.

7. Coordinate with outside vendors for more complex building maintenance tasks.

8. Manage housekeeping tasks, including cleaning common areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

9. Assist with safety and security measures, such as ensuring fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are in good working order.

10. Manage tasks or repairs related to ACs, CCTVs, Fire extinguishers, Electrical works, office furniture, laptops and other general requirements.

11. Manage and supervise the security and the housekeeping departments.

12. Co-ordinating with the HR department for interviews, Annual health check-ups, annual outing, and F&F settlement when any employee leaves.

13. Responsible for ensuring adequate insurance plans are in place for the building and all the equipment/assets that belong to the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
