Profile Introduction

We are looking for a sports coordinator who has to make sure that the sporting event or intramural sports tournament goes as planned without a hitch and keeps television audiences and spectators engaged. As a sports coordinator, your duties and responsibilities can include making match arrangements, maintaining equipment, team travel, social media management, and developing new programs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting new players, including identifying potential recruits and contacting them to persuade them to join the team
- Scheduling practices, games, and other events in accordance with league rules and guidelines
- Training and supervising team members to improve their athletic skills and knowledge of the game
- Helping coaches with practice planning, drills creation, and other activities related to coaching a team
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, scores, player statistics, and other team activities
- Coordinating with coaches, trainers, and other staff members to ensure that the team is ready for games or other events
- Marketing the team and its events through social media, community involvement, and other methods of outreach
- Selling advertising space in publications such as program books or scorecards for games
- Coordinating the setup of equipment such as basketball hoops or soccer goals for game
- Profile Requirements
- Any Graduate or bachelor’s degree in sports administration preferred.
- Min. 3 Years’ experience as Sports Coordinator or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills necessary.
- Must have good leadership skills.
- Must have a problem solving skills
- Must have a good time management skills
- Must have a strong understanding of and interest in sports coordination.
- Must be capable of working effectively with others and managing workloads.
- Must have the ability to plan and run major events.
- salary : 20000-25000

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
