**IT Support Executive**

**Experience: 2 - 4 years**

**Location: 20/11, Site IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad 201010 (UP) INDIA**

We are urgently hiring for “**IT Support Executive**” for Head Office.

**Job responsibilities: -**
- **Desktop Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system patches, antivirus scans, and hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security of desktop systems.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software updates, or other technical issues.

**Skills & Requirement: -**
- Good knowledge of Networking Equipment such as LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs etc.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Diploma in IT/Computers’
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in IT support
- Good knowledge in Outlook Configuration and MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting all problems related to all PC's, Laptop
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Mac OS operating systems troubleshooting

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
