**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Design and create visual assets for various marketing materials, including digital and print advertising, packaging, social media graphics, website design, and other promotional materials.
- Create and manage social media content calendars across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy is innovative and effective.
- Analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as printing presses and photographers to ensure the highest quality output for all design projects.
- Continuously improve and update design skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in graphic designing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Preferably based in Goa.

**Additional Skills**: Understanding of social media metrics and keyword & audience research, knowledge of WordPress & HTML.
