**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning that nurtures curiosity, language, numeracy, creativity, and social-emotional growth

**Open Roles and Requirements**

**1. Lead Preschool Teacher**
- Qualifications: B.Ed. (Nursery/Primary) + Montessori/NTT/ECCE (mandatory)
- Experience**:3-5 years** in high‑quality preschool settings
- Skills: Excellent English communication; confident classroom leadership; evidence of impact on child outcomes
- Desirable: First Aid; comfort with basic EdTech/record‑keeping

**2. Associate Preschool Teacher**
- Qualifications: Any Degree + Montessori/NTT/ECCE (mandatory)
- Experience**:0-2 years** (internships/assistant roles welcome)
- Skills: Fluent English; strong child engagement; organised and reliable; growth mindset
- Desirable: First Aid; portfolio of activities/learning aids
