**Role - Business Development - B2B Sales**
**Division - Polymers**
**Location - Gurgaon**
**Responsibilities -**
- Meeting and onboarding new clients for polymer products.
- Handling Keys accounts of the zone
- Meeting and onboarding new infra, manufacturing, construction, contractors clients
- Managing Sales & P&L of the region and driving the growth engine of the region
- Coordinating with Supply, Logistics, Finance, Collections teams
**What we look for**:
- Strong pedigree/academic background
- Extremely self-driven & hardworking with the ability to lead teams.
- Excellent communication skills and man-to-man sales skills
- Hunger to grow in the company and add value to the SMEs across the country -Can work in high pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done
- Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi, English and local language
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
