1. **Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Engaging with customers in real-time through chat to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns.

2. **Providing Customer Support**: Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and guiding them through product or service-related problems.

3. **Offering Product or Service Information**: Educating customers about products or services, including their features, benefits, pricing, and availability.

4. **Processing Orders or Requests**: Assisting customers with placing orders, making reservations, scheduling appointments, or any other transactions that can be handled through chat.

5. **Troubleshooting Technical Issues**: Helping customers troubleshoot technical problems with products or services, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

6. **Upselling or Cross-selling**: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with customer needs or preferences.

7. **Maintaining Records**: Documenting interactions with customers, recording relevant information, and updating customer profiles or databases as needed.

8. **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**: Striving to provide excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolutions provided.

9. **Adhering to Guidelines and Policies**: Following company guidelines, procedures, and compliance regulations while interacting with customers through chat.

10. **Collaborating with Team Members**: Working closely with other team members, such as supervisors, managers, or colleagues in different departments, to address customer issues effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
