Paid Media Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creative, and spend to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Lead and manage A/B testing efforts to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-quality and engaging creatives for ad campaigns.
- Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
- Present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in performance marketing, managing significant advertising budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
