Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-appointment instructions.
- Assist patients with any questions or concerns regarding their treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments using our clinic’s software.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Identify and address any potential patient concerns or issues to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives and help promote the clinic’s services when necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
