**About the role**:

- Hands on experience (installation and maintenance) on Linux & Windows Products:

- Knowledge on Linux & Windows Administration and health status monitoring
- Knowledge Linux Management on monitoring health checks and performance reporting.
- Knowledge Windows Management on monitoring health checks and performance reporting
- Understanding of backup and Restoration validation of Windows, Linux and multiple databases servers.
- Knowledge on ActiveDirectory, Group Policy, WSUS and other windows Tools.
- Basic understating of Cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
- Basic Understanding on Exchange environment.
- Knowledge and work on Automation for Linux and Windows servers task and report.
- Manage and Maintain Daily/ Weekly Servers backup and validation.
- Familiarity with Solution Designing with HLD/LLD

Awareness of ITIL framework and familiarity with ITSM Tools (like CA/HPSM etc ).
