**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Taking care of entire operations of the hospital, including medical administration, general administration, human resource practices, and quality guidelines and compliance.

Complete clinical engagement.

Ensure Hospital Policy Management (CE/NABH/NABL/JCI/ISO/NMC)

Plans, directs, and oversees P&L, Operational policies, initiatives, and goals of the entire business. Helps organization execute long and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.

Ensure high quality of patient care.
Ensure hospital is compliant with all the applicable laws.
Develop polices and strategy for smooth conduction of hospital operations.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
Responsible for outlining new approaches and business models to develop the business.
Oversee daily operations and ensure that business objectives are met.
Establish a strong company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Experience : 10yrs +**
**They should have ability to manage hospitals with 200 beds.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
