Job Role:
We are looking for a Telecaller who can act as a bridge between learners, clients, and internal teams. You will handle inquiries, do follow-ups, and coordinate with branches to ensure smooth communication and timely support

Key Responsibilities:
**Make outbound calls to potential students and clients.**

**Explain course details, schedules, and benefits clearly and confidently.**

**Handle inbound calls from learners, clients, or internal teams.**

**Support branches by coordinating course-related or communication matters.**

**Regularly follow up with interested leads and update them with new information.**

**Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversations using Google Sheets or CRM.**

**Share learner/client feedback with relevant teams when needed.**

**Achieve call and conversion targets while maintaining professionalism.**

**Requirements**:
**Proficiency in English with good communication skills**

**Ability to handle client queries politely and patiently.**

**Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.**

**Must have a laptop/smartphone with internet connection.**

**Should be confident, organized, and a good team communicator.**
