Primary expectation - we expect you to work with the co-founder to figure out how to reach maximum number of users organically and completely own the organic social media strategy

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience working in small to mid-sized startup/agencies OR having grown an Instagram/social media account organically for Gen Z.
- An understanding of why things go viral across the internet is a must.
- Understanding of how social media works and why things go viral across the internet organically
- Strategized content that have crossed over 100k views

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram while working closely with our videographer, graphic designers and video editor.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Foster community engagement by initiating and participating in discussions, contests, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion, and audience growth.
- Identify potential social media influencers and collaborate with them to amplify our brand's reach and credibility.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiating agreements and monitoring campaign success.

**Culture and Work**
- We are a small Gen Z team working together 6 days a week.
- We work between 11am to 7pm

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
