**Position Overview**:
The Sales Executive for Residential & Commercial properties will be responsible for managing client interactions, guiding potential buyers through the property acquisition process, and achieving sales targets. The role involves both telephonic and in-person engagement with clients, ensuring that they have all necessary information about residential and commercial properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential customers and inform them about available residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property visits and guide customers through the buying process.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and maintain updated records of sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' offerings.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.

**Desired Skillset**:

- **Academic Qualification**: Any graduate with experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Relevant Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and commercial property sales.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain a strong network.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
