We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong AI Engineering skills in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Google Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will dive deep into the world of Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring their intricate mechanics and capabilities. You’ll lead innovative projects leveraging GCP and cutting-edge AI tools, collaborating with a team of exceptional data scientists. **Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement frameworks to evaluate LLMs, models, and techniques.

+ Explore and integrate the latest AI models and technologies.

+ Build ML models to solve complex and impactful challenges.

+ Enhance AI-user interactions using prompt engineering and optimization techniques.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation.

+ Partner with the Innovation team to advance AI strategies.

+ Lead research on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for better information retrieval.

+ Experiment with training and fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific tasks.

+ Collaborate with a strong team of data scientists whose work is highly valued across the business.

**Skills & Competencies**

The following skills are essential or desirable.

Experience with NLP and LLMs:
+ 2+ years in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

+ Good exposure with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, GPT-4, Bard, Synthesia, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers).

+ Experience with prompt engineering and vector database usage.

Cloud and Deployment Expertise:
+ Good exposure on working with cloud platforms (GCP).

+ Proficient in MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deploying AI models in production.

Programming and Frameworks:
+ Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related frameworks.

+ Experienced in querying large datasets using SQL.

Machine Learning Expertise:
+ In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.

+ Hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT-4, Gemini, and Claude.

+ Applied research experience for prototyping and production-ready LLM development.

Google Cloud Proficiency:
+ Expertise with GCP services, including Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and BigQuery.

Additional Skills:
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).

+ Experience with machine learning libraries and tools such as Hugging Face and LangChain.

+ Strong interest and foundational knowledge in LLMs and prompt engineering.
