**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Receivables Representative’s primary goal is to resolve a client's delinquent balance. Provides support to clients by answering questions regarding their contractual agreements, licensing, and billing, and researching items listed on their accounts. Performs a wide variety of accounts receivable functions including billing, credit and/or collections, under direct supervision.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Contacts clients following established guidelines to recover delinquent balances
- Contacts clients to update billing information
- Reviews and research problems with respect to established policies, billing, procedures, contractual agreements, and licensing practices
- Follows up on manager requests, internal requests, and escalated issues
- Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Experience**:
**Education**:

- Associates Degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem‐solving/analytical skills with an ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
