LIDAS (Lam India Data Analytics and Sciences) team is responsible to provide best-in-class analytics solutions that help improve business decisions in Global Operations and other business sub-functions across Lam. This Organization, a “Center of Excellence” (CoE), consists of a high-performing team of experts who collaborate cross-functionally and provide analytics solutions to various business functions to suit their business needs. This team strives to improve the productivity & efficiency of business processes through business analytics, data science & automation projects. The resulting projects help accelerate businesses/stakeholders in decision-making by providing data insights. The team continuously develops the required technical skills and business acumen to help solve complex business problems & Use Cases in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains for the company

**The Impact You’ll Make**

Join Lam as a Data Scientist, where you'll design, develop, and program methods to analyze unstructured and diverse big data into actionable insights. You'll develop algorithms and automated processes to evaluate large data sets from disparate sources. Your expertise in generating, interpreting, and communicating actionable insights enables Lam to make informed and data-driven decisions.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop AI/ML Model/data integration models and solving complex business problems.
- Deliver projects on Advanced Analytics and Data Architecture, with an understanding and alignment with Enterprise Architecture
- Deliver quick POCs and Bring in data insights by using different complex data, and multiple data sources.
- Deliver solutions on Enterprise Data Platform
- Big Data, SQL, SAP HANA, Azure, MS fabric etc. combined with SQL Server, SAP HANA models, Complex T code conversions, complex SQL/CVs, and ETL tools.
- Work independently to deliver Advanced Analytics Model.
- Communicate Effectively the specifications, architecture/Design details, and flowcharts to have end-user alignment and thorough instructions for programmers to follow as well as delivery quality accountability.
- Responsible for Data governance and overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and proper technical sign-off for production go-live.
- Collaborate and adopt the latest technology stack in alignment with the Enterprise IT roadmap.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in developing analytics solutions with SAP HANA/SAP ECC/SQL Server.
- Hands-On working experience on any Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP etc and delivered Advanced Analytics solutions
- Hands on experience with Big Data platforms, Spark and CUDA
- Expertise in Python, Statistics and Applied ML and DL. Proficient with Computer Vision and NLP including GenAI.
- Well versed with MLOPS and MLFAILSAFE concepts and Hands on experience in implementing it.
- Hands-On experience in integrating analytical solutions with the Software or Web Application
- Well versed with agile methodologies for delivery and used tools like Jira, Azure devops/git etc.
- Good skills in managing Stakeholders’ (internal and external) Expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with cross-function global teams.
- Understand the business context and be able to interpret data and make recommendations to businesses based on data analysis.
