**Objective**: To streamline, manage, and optimize business processes, ensuring smooth operations in importation, inventory management, and distribution of baby products, while supporting key company functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Supply Chain & Logistics Management**:

- **Coordinate Import Processes**: Ensure the timely importation of products from international suppliers, Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure compliance with import regulations and avoid delays, Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant departments.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to manage incoming shipments. Develop reorder points and monitor the flow of goods to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Assist with the implementation of inventory management software to track stock accurately.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms when necessary. Ensure vendors adhere to agreed timelines, quality standards, and payment terms. Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

2. **Internal Process Coordination**:

- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Act as the point of contact between departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, and warehouse) to ensure alignment and efficiency. Ensure that all teams are updated with import timelines, stock availability, and distribution schedules.
- **Order Fulfillment Process**: Oversee the order processing system, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure the delivery of products to clients is on time. Track customer orders from start to finish, managing any issues that arise in the process.
- **Documentation Management**: Manage all documentation related to imports, inventory, and distribution (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, etc.). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially with respect to customs documentation and product safety standards for baby products.

3. **Process Improvement**:

- **Operational Efficiency**: Identify bottlenecks in the import and distribution processes and propose solutions to streamline operations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for import lead times, order accuracy, and distribution timelines, and suggest improvements.
- **Technology Integration**: Work closely with IT or relevant teams to integrate tools and systems (inventory management software, ERP systems, etc.) to automate and improve processes. Ensure proper usage of technology for tracking and reporting.

4. **Customer & Vendor Communication**:

- **Customer Service Support**: Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints related to product availability, delayed shipments, or quality issues. Provide regular feedback and updates to customers regarding order status and expected delivery times.
- **Vendor Negotiation & Relations**: Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers and shipping partners to optimize costs and terms. Build strong vendor relations to ensure reliability in product sourcing and shipping.

5. **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety standards specific to baby products, both in terms of import regulations and distribution in the domestic market. Stay updated on any changes in regulations that may impact product importation and distribution.
- **Quality Control**: Coordinate with the quality assurance team (or act as the QA point person) to ensure that all products meet required safety and quality standards. Implement corrective actions when products fail to meet standards or when customers report issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably within the consumer goods or baby products industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using inventory management systems and ERP tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and process management.
- **Communication & Problem Solving**: Excellent communication skills to coordinate between departments, vendors, and customers. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address any operational issues that arise.
