Shift : Night Shift
- 5:30PM to 2:30 AM (2 way Cab would be provided)

Job Location: Mumbai

**Salary**: 16500 to 20000 Per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone to a global clientele, often in multiple languages.
- Actively listen to customer queries and requests to understand their needs.
- Effectively troubleshoot problems and find solutions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive experience, fostering long-term relationships.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and follow-up.
- Utilize technical knowledge and access to internal resources to address customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and at least one other language (depending on the company's specific needs).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to international clients.
- Proficiency in using computers and related software programs.
