**Financial Control**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure integrity in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate financial policies.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review and approve financial reports and reconciliations.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and profit margins.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and other functions to drive cost efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource utilization and eliminate waste.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances with actionable insights.
- Support business units with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance.
- Support strategic decision-making by evaluating the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Lead benchmarking activities and market analysis to improve financial efficiency.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor financial performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
