**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision & Coordination**:

- Visit multiple project sites daily to monitor elevator installation and commissioning work.
- Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site workers and ensure adherence to work schedules and quality standards.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with clients for site readiness, material delivery, and installation schedules.
- Address client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Site Inspection & Reporting**:

- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily / weekly progress reports.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or material shortages to the office team.
- Document site measurements, safety checks, and testing progress.
- **Coordination with Office Team**:

- Update the project and office teams on daily site progress and upcoming requirements.
- Communicate site feedback, material needs, and manpower updates regularly.
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines based on actual site conditions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of elevator components, site procedures, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
