We are looking for a Recruiter/Marketer with 0-3 years if IT marketing/recruiting experience.

As a Marketer, you will collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting Director on a regular basis to market consultants on bench.

**Responsibilities**
- **Marketers**:

- Use company processes and procedures to effectively market consultant on bench
- Must provide daily updates on submissions to Marketing and Recruiting Director
- Must provide updates to consultants on daily updates on their profile submissions and interviews.
- Must be able handle marketing of more than one consultant
- **Recruiters**:

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

**Skills**
- Must be fluent in English
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management is a plus
- Degree in IT is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
