Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team at M.V. Associates. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering them tailored solutions for loans and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about loan and insurance products.

Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly and effectively to customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information to resolve concerns.

Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and build lasting relationships.

Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.

Adhere to company policies and guidelines while interacting with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in telecalling or sales (experience in loans and insurance is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain financial products effectively.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Fluency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language as required].

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
