**Job Specification **:Process Design and Development.

Process Establishment.

Implementing Poka-yoke for new Fixtures.

Tools, Fixtures and Work station development.

Releasing Bill of Material and routing.

Trail run & production handover.

Establishment of new capital Equipment/ Facilities.

Productivity improvement Projects.

Conducting methods and time study and establishing standard time.

Initiate Improvement actions to reduce the cycle time through lean practices

**Experience : Minimum 5 years**

**Location: Kovilpalayam, Pollachi**

**Qualification: BE - Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical**

**Gender: Male**

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pollachi, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
