**Job Description:
- **
1. Ensuring accurate and timely accounting of purchase invoices, purchase returns, sale invoices, debit notes and credit notes, etc in ERP as per the accounting principles, practices and conventions of Statute/Internal Guidelines.
2. Accounting of Cash, IOU and other daily vouchers.
3. Periodic reconciliation and balance confirmation of vendors
4. Updation of expense control chart, follow-up with concerned stakeholder, accounting for provision of expenses, prepaid expenses, etc
5. Coordination with Statutory and Tax Auditors and resolution of non-conformance arising therein.
- Prepare and implement the financial budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against the budget on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze business proposals, providing feedback and securing necessary approvals.
- Oversee cost management, ensuring adherence to financial policies and guidelines.
- Prepare and manage the balance sheet and profit & loss (P&L) statements.
- Ensure compliance with all taxation requirements, including income tax, professional tax, GST, and other relevant taxes.
- Implement and monitor financial management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Calculate product pricing and gain necessary approvals for pricing strategies.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure the smooth execution of financial operations.
**Qualification:
- **
1. Knowledge of Accounts Payable Functions per Statute/Internal Guidelines.
2. Proficiency in Direct & Indirect Taxes (TDS, TCS, GST).
3. Experience with Tier-I ERPs (SAP, Infor, Oracle).
4. Familiarity with Audits under Companies Act & Income Tax Act and GST Act.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for financial reporting and presentations.
- A positive mindset with a focus on long-term association and growth.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Solid knowledge of managing finances for a construction or real estate company.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
