**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing new features and enhancements for various Desks/Operations users in US Bank related to Calypso using Java and Calypso APIs.
- Participate in planning sessions, estimate work, test, provide L2 support.
- Collaborate with operations and trade support teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimize trade processing and settlement
- Implement and maintain workflows for trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes

**Skills / Experience Required**:

- Demonstrable experience (at least 5 years) with Java development, particularly along with Calypso APIs.
- Calypso Customizations such as Scheduled Tasks, Reports, Engines.
- Proven expertise with Calypso v16 or above, specifically related to commodity asset class.
- Strong understanding of commodities trading processes, including trade settlement, reconciliation, cash flows, and reporting.
- Good understanding of Calypso's message and sender frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact directly with Operations Users.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- AWS, Kubernetes, Grafana, Maven, Jenkins, Cloudbees, Github CoPilot
- Business: Understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Derivatives and related Accounting

**Hours**:Overlap with US until 11:30am EST all times of the year
