Attending to OPD patients & advised for investigation treatments & follow-up
- Emergency preparedness for critically ill patients / casualties & emergencies call during odd hours.Referring patients for specialized treatments from panel doctors.
- Management of indoor patients, treatment & follow-up.
- Visiting Rural mobile clinic to review the functioning & providing medical assistance whenever required.
- To organize clinical meetings to review treatment option & progress.
- Management of maintaing emergencystok of critical and life saving medicine and drugs for emergency and odd hours.
- Safe working environment in Hospital, Safe disposal of Bio-medical waste as per statutory requirement, early recovery of injured employee reducing lost time accident/ LTI/NLTI8
- Manage hospital independently & Management of contract pharmacy and ensuring availability of medicine9
- Ensure emergency stock of critical and life saving medicine and drugs for emergency and odd hours.10
- Planning for procurement of Hospital inventories like medicine, disposable medical item, surgical item and maintenance of medical and operation theatre equipments 11
- To identify area of cost saving and work within the budget and guidelines of the Management12Attending to OPD patient and advice for investigation, treatment and follow-up.12
- To conduct statutory periodically medical examination of all employees & contractor workers as per the Factory act in Form 21 & also as per the requirements of OHSAS.13
- Maintain liaison with different statutory bodies, life district Chief Medical Officer, Govt. Health Authorities Labor Commissioner, Welfare Commissioner, Factory Inspector, Pollution Control Board etc.14
- Maintain liaison with external agencies, Vendors like Doctors, Pharmacy Vendors etc. Discussion with Deptt, Heads regarding health issue of respective employees.
