**Job Profile: Reels and Video Maker for Shoes**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for reels and videos that highlight our shoe products, brand values, and lifestyle.
- Produce high-quality video content from start to finish, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. **Visual Storytelling**:

- Capture visually appealing footage of shoes, emphasizing details, textures, and unique features.
- Edit videos to enhance storytelling, incorporating music, graphics, and special effects as needed.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all video content.

3. **Platform Optimization**:

- Stay updated with trends and best practices on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, ) to optimize content for maximum engagement.
- Format and optimize videos for various platforms and devices to reach a wider audience.

4. **Production Coordination**:

- Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup.
- Direct talent and crew during filming to ensure a smooth production process and achieve desired outcomes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video creator, videographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of video production techniques.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and sound design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video formats, particularly Instagram Reels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with strong communication and organizational skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience creating video content for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing, cinematography, and creative direction.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A passion for shoes and fashion, with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel occasionally for on-location shoots or events.
