Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote financial products like loans, credit cards, mutual funds, insurance, etc.

Provide information about company services, including interest rates, investment plans, and eligibility requirements.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant information regarding products and services.

Record and maintain client information in the CRM database.

Follow up with clients and schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales or advisory teams.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in terms of calls made, leads generated, and conversions.

Handle objections, rejections, and resolve client concerns professionally.

Assist in customer onboarding and post-sale support when required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance, investment, etc.).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and telecalling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in tele calling or sales in the finance sector is an advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added benefit.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
