**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design Development**:

- Generate innovative and functional interior design concepts.
- Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, color schemes, and material selection.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of design plans.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Budgeting and Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, and accessories within budgetary constraints.
- **Stay Current with Trends**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and design innovations.
- Integrate cutting-edge concepts into design proposals.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
