**Job Title: Preschool Audit and Market Research Intern**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Duration**: 6 months with performance based conversion to full time job.

**Responsibilities**:
**Preschool Audit**:

- Conduct on-site visits to our preschool locations to assess compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Compile detailed reports on facility conditions, safety protocols, and overall adherence to educational standards.
- Collaborate with preschool staff and management to gather relevant information and address any identified issues.

**Market Research**:

- Research and analyze local and regional preschool education trends, demographics, and competitive landscape.
- Collect and analyze data on customer satisfaction, feedback, and preferences to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of surveys, questionnaires, and interviews to gather market insights.

**Data Analysis**:

- Organize and analyze collected data to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit findings and market research results.
- Present findings to the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with various departments, including education, marketing, and operations, to integrate audit and research findings into overall business strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the preschool experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Marketing, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Enthusiastic about early childhood education and market research.
