**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience managing Instagram accounts or creating content for social media, preferably within the travel, tourism, or service industry.
- **Content Creation**: Strong portfolio showcasing creative content for Instagram, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, etc.) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
- **Photography & Videography Skills**: Experience in shooting and editing photos and videos, with an eye for visual aesthetics that capture attention on social media.
- **Writing & Storytelling**: Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions that engage audiences and tell stories effectively.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithms, trends, features (Reels, Stories, etc.), and audience engagement tactics.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and followers professionally and creatively.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly to changing trends in social media and the travel/visa industry.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content creation tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
