**About Fitpage & India Running**

Fitpage is an endurance-first fitness tech start-up focused on creating a fitter India by leveraging science and technology. India Running, an initiative by Fitpage, is dedicated to building a thriving running community through events, partnerships, and social engagement.

We are looking for a **Content Writer & Strategist** to manage and grow our social media presence for India Running and all our race accounts. This role will focus on crafting and executing engaging, audience-centric content strategies for race-related social media accounts, driving community engagement, and showcasing the spirit of running and fitness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Planning**:

- If you think it, you can do it And that’s what we’d like from you. Come up with content strategies, visualise your plan, create every bit of it and execute it successfully.
- It doesn’t rain; it pours Work comes in from all directions and your only safety net? A well planned calendar. Creating one that aligns with race schedules, what we are aiming for as a brand and above all, the interests of your audience will help you breeze through it all with ease.
- Rome wasn’t built in a day, or by one person. Get along with internal teams and external clients to align your content with marketing and event objectives.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Write, edit and oversee the creation of engaging social media posts, race updates, visuals, and stories.
- Hack away at the keys and pen down your thoughts, stay on (and annoy) the designers and video editors to visualise what you visualise and share it all with the millions.
- Showcase our events to the world Live social media coverage rests on your mighty shoulders.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Our audience loves to talk to us and love it more when we respond back Keep an eye on audience interactions and build a relationship with them via social media.
- Who doesn’t love their 15 minutes of fame? Push for user-generated content and feature inspiring stories of your friendly neighbourhood runners.
- **Analytics & Optimization**:

- Sometimes, you have to get a bit geeky Track our social media performance and let us know where we’ve excelled and where we can do better.
- Tweaks lead to treats Alter and optimize your strategies based on insights and go at it again.
- **Trendspotting**:

- A high Instagram activity time is a good thing here Spot what’s trending and going viral and incorporate it into your content

**Key Requirements**
- If you are (or have been ) a sportsperson or a fitness enthusiast as well as a content writer/strategist, it’s a match made in heaven.
- Social media butterfly. We love those who understand social media and its nitty gritties.
- Storytelling is an art and if you are an artist, we’d love to hear your tales.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- You should be able to walk the talk (literally). Unparalleled passion for fitness, running or endurance sports helps you speak the language.
- You’ve gotta be able to get your hands dirty Showing up at on-ground events and races is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹405,342.74 - ₹995,661.77 per year
