Sales and Marketing Representative

Established in the year 2016, “Sukoon Solutions Private Limited” is a prominent enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of a comprehensive range of **Electric** **Agricultural Equipment, Battery Operated Loaders, Power Tillers & next-gen Electric Tractors**. Sukoon Solutions carries a very passionate story behind its origin and purpose of existence. Our current and potential customers think that have out-of-league products. So, to take this forward we are looking for a **Business Development Manager** who will be engaging in order to establish dealers and distributors in Maharashtra along with a focus on generative revenue.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
2. Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
3. Ability to convert high revenue leads.
4. Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.
5. Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
7. Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
1. Graduate in any stream.
2. Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing (6 months or above)
3. Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
4. Familiarity with agriculture equipment is a plus
