**Job Profile**:Data Center Presales & Solution Engineer**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support pre-sales and sales team to win/ retain customers by providing specialized advice in solutioning, sizing and customised solution/ SLA when required.
- Data Center capacity management of inventory (Space and power) with correlation to sales pipelines.
- Support all customer related data center audits.
- Understand and keep up to date of the on-goings of the industry and suggest change or improvement when needed.
- Work with stakeholders on contractual terms and agreements.
- Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium and long-term planning.
- Vendor and partner management.
- Product roadmap planning

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer engineering and/or relevant.
- Data Center certifications. Diploma holders with relevant/similar past experience are also welcomed.
- Experience: 5- 7years’ experience in Data Center consultancy, Data Center sales, presales or relevant experience in a Data Center Service Provider environment.

**Job Location** - Goregaon Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

- Weekend only

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
