- Support to Marketing Executive- Making entries in Bitrix CRM Software
- Finding the information as per instruction of Seniors
- Preparation and execution of Marketing plan
- Webinar / Seminar Event support- Planning the Event
- Making Presentations
- Keeping the records of registered, attended, and followed up customer
- Helping Team for better presentation
- Handling online Presentation
- Keeping the records of all the action
- Reporting- Keeping regular attendance
- Entering all the activities in CRM Software
- Meeting and Training- Attending all the Team meetings of Finideas timely
- Attending webinar meetings timely
- Attending Training programs regularly
- Keeping records of all the meetings and training.
- Tracking various systems- Testing current website, software, and back-office
- Finding Bugs and helping developers to resolve the issues
- Existing Investor Support- Query resolution
- Fees collection reminder
- Research and Service Innovation- New product research (Data Research)
- Identify and implement improvements in client services
- Identifying opportunities to generate new leads over various platforms
- Coordination of other outsource vendors
