**Full job description**

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic sales person to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for:

- The development of the lead generation program and nurture sales leads.
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications

**Skills / attributes required**:
1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
2. Good in cold calling
3. Good in research and maintaining databases
4. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Strong project and time management skills

**Qualifications**:
**MBA**

**Experience - 2 years above**
