We’re looking for someone like that who can: - provide training and support on methods and tools for process management and documentation (e.g. BPMN) - promote Enterprise Process Management (EPM) best practices and answer questions about tools and methodology. - design and prepare reports, JavaScript working knowledge -is a must and Java - nice to have - support and/or perform data maintenance activities, e.g. data import/export, ability to resolve and fix data related issues. Conduct data quality spot checks. - set up new modelling projects in ARIS and review process flows and other documents. - generally, work under moderate supervision, with sufficient leeway for own input. - develop efficient reports and dashboards in Tableau (requirements gathering, design and implementation) - develop data flows in Alteryx (requirements gathering, design and implementation) - identify and resolve the production and non-production dashboard issues. - monitor the effectiveness of dashboards and take proactive measures to improve the performance. - recommend changes to improve established dashboards. - coordinate and plan activities related to database and upstream/downstream integration. **Your team** - You are: - a great communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels - comfortable in working with global teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures - an expert at collaboration, building networks and connections - Known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget - A pragmatic "can do" attitude - Ability to collaborate with users, business analysts and SMEs to define functional specifications - Propensity to adherence to dashboard quality and to dashboard standards - Ability to work as a member of a self-organizing agile feature team - Readiness to learn and ability to coach others **Your expertise** - You have: - A web technologist with minimum 4+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, XML, jQuery, SQL - working knowledge of JAVA is a plus - experience in process documentation tools (e.g. ARIS, VISIO) - working knowledge of BPMN 2.0. methodology - nice to have Java programming skills - working knowledge of ETL/ELT processes especially in the scope of Alteryx **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
