**Job Description: Video Editor cum Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage, adding transitions, effects, graphics, and sound to produce high-quality videos.
- Trim and rearrange footage to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video content that aligns with project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques and software.

2. **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials.
- Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop concepts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.

3. **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize advanced features of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to execute video editing and graphic design tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshoot software issues and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.
- Train and support team members in using editing and design software effectively.

4. **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and revisions effectively to the creative team.
