**About The Role**

We are hiring a Test Manager to join our team. Your main tasks include leading the QA team and performing all forms of QA activities to evaluate products, systems, and software to ensure they are defect free and meet the quality standards of the organization. To succeed in this role you are responsible for test automation planning, including analysis, scoping, technical solution, execution & delivery of the product and take the complete ownership of QA team and deliverables. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets high quality standards, and is fully functional and user-friendly.

**Operations**
- Overall Test engagement, coordination and management for project test support (all test types included).
- Test plan preparation and update based on quality process..
- Test tool setup for test case design, execution and test report.
- Organize and plan test activities for the project based on the timelines defined.
- Maintain and monitor the test tool for test results and maintain traceability.
- PerforM/Facilitate Peer test case reviews.
- Define Test metrics and KPIs/SLAs.
- Track and prepare the reports for testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status, artifact baselines etc.
- Organize and facilitate Daily/Weekly sync, bug triage meetings, SIT and UAT tests for Business end users.
- Project Test Progress with stakeholders and obtain Test Sign Off approval for the test activities conducted for the particular release.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or clients.
- Take responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities with team.

**Requirement**
- 8 -14 years experience into Software Testing.
- **3+ years of Leadership experience.**
- Experience in Telecom related products will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Performance testing and automation testing will be an added advantage.
- Willing for **onsite** reallocation immediately.
- Experience in project and associate development of teams.
- Experience in managing projects with distributed teams across locations, including international teams.
- **Notice period : 30 days or less.**

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
